Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms cover the Sideline Director app for Mac (“the app”) and this website, sidelinedirector.com. Both are provided by Whitebox Software Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13748161), with its registered office at International House, 64 Nile Street, London N1 7SR, United Kingdom.
The app licence
The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement sets out how you may use the app.
Purchases and refunds
The app is free to download. The optional Pro upgrade is a one-time in-app purchase made through the Mac App Store, and Apple handles the payment. To ask for a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem page. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Your videos
The videos, names, photos and other material you use in the app, and the videos you export, remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to use and share them, including any permission you need from the people who appear in them.
The website
We provide this website for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise that it always is. The Sideline Director name, logo and the content of this website belong to Whitebox Software Ltd. Please don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.
Law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
